Very Bad Experience Ther were small insects and cockroaches everywhere in the room I told them to change my room They refuse me to change my room Very bad service, very rude staff ! Never stay in this hotel Worst experience ever in my life I can’t even sleep whole night or morning just because of insects problems and bad smell !

Worst hotel to stay in my life.I stayed at executive suite.There is nothing like what they promise on website.There is no executive lounge.there is no separate breakfast if u book executive suite room.2 small sofs and there was no center table..bathroom too small for a suite room.There is no room service after 9 pm.Reception has zero security at night time.staff don't know how to behave.. denied a towel when I asked for it..it was a joke even a oyo hotel would provide that for a guest.paid almost 3 times price of normal room.it was complete waste of money.dont recommend any one looking for a good stay..unless u on budget just don't bother about this hotel.

Nice hotel with plenty of room having balconies, I stayed here for about 4 days it was great experience with good quality of Indian meals options available to choose from, there lunch and dinner buffet were also good. Breakfast has some low options but whatever they had has good taste in it.

Not at all good hospitality and bad rooms. Staff ignored when we told them to bring the luggage in the room. Behaved rudely in the lift. Location of bathroom and toilet is bad. Not recommended for families as they will behave rudely with them.

No staff to keep your luggage. Rooms are really bad No staff came to tell us that your room is in which floor Very rude people and no hospitality at all. Even the helper didnt let us keep the luggage in the room and started shouting. Not recommend
